·         We are looking for Brand Manager for one of our elite client. The incumbent will be mainly responsible for electrical and personal care appliances with a product line as a business unit contributing to commercial results and improving market shares. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products and markets for the company.

·         The candidate will play a proactive role in developing the brand strategy to ensure that the  product is differentiated from competitors. He should lead, organize and motivate the sales team towards achieving organizational goals and targets.

·         He should implement, maintain and develop company’s policies and procedures, assign sales territories, set goals and establish training programs for the sales team to ensure maximum market share.

·         He will be responsible for New market identification and development and expanding current market both in distribution channels and geographically. Other responsibilities include relationship management with suppliers and clients, driving sales through various channels, developing new business and expanding business portfolio, product training etc.

·         He needs to develop the brand strategy on the local market, manage the range and positioning of the brand, build the sales forecasts, build and effectively apply the marketing plan to achieve sales forecasts, be responsible for trade marketing and channel management, analyse market surveys and segmentation reports to monitor competition. Potential candidates should be with at least 5 years UAE experience in a similar position.
