Position: Executive Secretary/Office Manager
Client: New business unit of a Confidential Group
Salary: AED 8-12K + Car + Benefits
Note: Due to the nature of the business we need 15+ years experienced Malayalam speaker.
We are currently looking for an Executive Secretary/Office Manager to work with our confidential client – Focusing on their new business division.
- Must have than 15 years of overall management experience.
- Energetic and well organized.
- Efficient to manage the entire office administration without supervision
- Excellent skills in dealing with Senior Management Executives.
- MIS – regular reporting of activities to CEO
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to interact with senior executives and external clients
- Capability to motivate and manage a small sales team.
- On husband/father’s sponsorship
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting with other administrative tasks
- Secretarial tasks for CEO
Maintaining the office staff including the sales team
