Job Description:  

We are currently looking for an Executive Secretary/Office Manager  to work with our confidential client – Focusing on their new business division.

Requirements 

  • Must have than 15 years of overall management experience.
  • Energetic and well organized.
  • Efficient to manage the entire office administration without supervision
  • Excellent skills in dealing with Senior Management Executives.
  • MIS – regular reporting of activities to CEO
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to interact with senior executives and external clients
  • Capability to motivate and manage a small sales team.
  • On husband/father’s sponsorship 

This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks
  • Secretarial tasks for CEO

Maintaining the office staff including the sales team
