Must be capable of project planning, sequencing of project activities, quantity surveying, efficient management of resources, developing project schedules, coordinating with external agencies and with various internal Depts. in relation to Projects, monitoring the project progress and must take corrective action, maintaining the quality of work, managing and resolving the issues in relation to project execution, maintaining safe and healthy working environment and must liaise with the project stake holders and regulatory authorities.

  • Complete planning for the project.
  • Sequencing of project activities and creating an environment which is conducive to produce results.
  • Developing of an efficient, honest, and motivated team of employees which works hard for achieving the objectives of the project.
  • Working with QS to produce correct invoices to maintain cash flow for the project.
  • Management of available resources in an efficient manner.
  • Developing schedules for different stages of the project and management of time.
  • Taking of required approvals timely both from Management and Client/Consultant.
  • Coordinating various activities of the project such as design and engineering, procurement, and site activities etc.
  • Carrying out the internal coordination with various departments in the organization of the project.
  • Carrying out coordination with the external agencies involved in the project such as consultants, suppliers, transporters, contractors and other agencies connected with the project.
  • Monitoring of the project progress for taking of corrective actions and for appraising the management about the progress.
  • Maintenance of quality of work during project execution so as to reduce the rework in case if it cannot be avoided.
  • Identification of roadblocks coming in the way of project execution well in time and finding their solutions for avoiding delays in the project execution.
  • Managing and resolving of conflicts arising during the project execution.
  • Management of uncertainties of the project.
  • Managing risks by maintaining a safe and healthy working environment at the work site and formulating of a contingency plan to take care of the situation in case of an unlikely disaster event taking place during the project execution.
  • Liaising with the project stake holders which include the regulatory authorities.

Job Summary & Purpose:                                                     

  •  The Hairstylist is responsible for creating, developing and enhancing their client’s personal appearance and features.
  • This role interacts face-to-face with customers, simultaneously providing customer service, personal services, promoting / selling beauty products to customers and drawing attention through demonstration.
  • Attending and participating actively to continuous professional development initiatives proposed by the management such as training and demonstrations is a critical aspect of this position, as it is taking part to the launch and presentation of new treatments.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible to perform all hair and makeup services as per spa standard.
  • Make a proper client consultation and demonstrate excellent service, talking to clients about how they want their hair done, giving them advice and suggesting style ideas
  • Provide hair services, such as shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair, and massaging and treating scalp providing end-to-end service, from preparation and planning of the treatments, to ensuring that finished results are to client’s satisfaction. May also apply makeup, dress wigs.
  • Develop new styles and techniques
  • Advise on minor hair and scalp problems
  • Maintain a professional, co-operative and friendly attitude
  • Operate job card and give it to the reception to receive the payment
  • Keep the spa equipment in good condition
  • Use products in the right amount to avoid wastage
  • Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism, creating a personal rapport with each customer, whilst being respectful to the demographic of the individual.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, giving customers a positive impression of self and the organization, and following corporate guidelines on personal grooming and uniform wearing.
  • Address customers and co-workers with polished, suave and sophisticated tone of voice and body language

  • Meet and exceed sales targets as established and agreed with spa management.
  • Update and maintain customer information records, such as new treatments provided
  • Assist in making appointments
  • Maintain inventory of materials, tools and other consumables of own work station, notifying the spa Manager of any low merchandise and following up with orders to ensure that these are placed and delivered on time.

Job Summary & Purpose:                                                     

  •  The Hairstylist is responsible for creating, developing and enhancing their client’s personal appearance and features.
  • This role interacts face-to-face with customers, simultaneously providing customer service, personal services, promoting / selling beauty products to customers and drawing attention through demonstration.
  • Attending and participating actively to continuous professional development initiatives proposed by the management such as training and demonstrations is a critical aspect of this position, as it is taking part to the launch and presentation of new treatments.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible to perform all hair and makeup services as per spa standard.
  • Make a proper client consultation and demonstrate excellent service, talking to clients about how they want their hair done, giving them advice and suggesting style ideas
  • Provide hair services, such as shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair, and massaging and treating scalp providing end-to-end service, from preparation and planning of the treatments, to ensuring that finished results are to client’s satisfaction. May also apply makeup, dress wigs.

  • Operate job card and give it to the reception to receive the payment

  • Maintain inventory of materials, tools and other consumables of own work station, notifying the spa Manager of any low merchandise and following up with orders to ensure that these are placed and delivered on time.

  • Perform other duties as and when required by the Line Manager
