  • Must be an expert in use of 3DMAX, Rhino, Vray, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software.
  • Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.

Purpose

  • Documents collection: Ensures all documents are acquired from new/existing Tenants, including but not limited to: (a) valid Trade License copy, (b) Tenant’s passport copy with valid UAE visa if applicable, (c) copy of Franchise/Distribution Agreement, (d) Emirates ID and any other documents required; and ensures all documents are regularly updated.
  • Correspondence distribution, filing and documentation – Assists in preparing lease documents such as lease offers, lease agreements, addendums, surrender documents, payment reminders, NOCs, cover letters, ejari tenancy contracts, etc; and ensures these documents are properly issued/distributed  and relevant copies are kept in the file records.
  • Coordinates with Tenant on their Leasing related matters and resolves the same OR escalates to Assistant Head of Leasing if needed.
  • Submission of reports on a regular period or as directed:
  • Spreadsheet – to be updated and maintained in real time, and to be submitted weekly or as needed
  • Week Ending Report– to be submitted weekly
  • New Tenants Signup – to be submitted monthly
  • Leasing Inquiry Report – to be submitted weekly
  • Sending notifications to relevant Departments regarding: new Tenant signups, changes with lease details thru Addendums, rental payments received, surrender notices, etc.
  • Makes accurate data entries via ERP system of new and renewal lease agreements, Tenant’s company details and contact information; and regularly updates these records.
  • Creates receipts of payments received via ERP system
  • Following up with Tenants on finalizing leases and receiving payments.
